Submission Guidelines

The abstract should be between 250-350 words in length and include the goals and significance, methodology, findings and discussion, and implication of the findings.

Full Paper Submission for Conference Proceedings

• Presenters of accepted abstracts may also wish to submit a full paper for inclusion in the Asia Women Digital Conference 2025 Proceedings which will be made available online after the conference.
• Only papers that have been presented at the conference will be included in the Proceedings
  (Note: All abstracts with at least one registered author will be included in the Conference Programme whether or not a full paper is submitted).
• The Proceedings will be published with an ISBN. The deadline for the uploading of your full paper is 23rd September 2025 (If you wish to be considered for the Best Paper Awards, deadline for uploading your full paper is 30th September 2025, see below).

The manuscript should be 4,000 to 6,000 words in length and should be formatted following the latest APA guidelines. In addition to the manuscript (Word document), please include: (a) a cover letter stating the originality of the work and ethics clearance; (b) cover page with the title, all authors’ details (affiliation and address, and corresponding author’s email address). Manuscripts that do not meet the publication requirements will be returned to the authors. The full paper manuscript should be uploaded using the same author account that submitted the abstract.

AsiaWomenDigital Best Paper Awards
AsiaWomenDigital 2025 will be awarding two Best Paper Awards. Results of the award will be announced at the end of the conference. The recipients of the award will each receive a plaque (one plaque per award regardless of number of authors) and a certificate (all authors)
